Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Jule works as our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, helping the team with administration processes as well as maintaining our websites and social media channels.

When did you start working for NVL?
I started working at NVL in August 2020, first as a part-time Digital Content and Marketing Coordinator and now as a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

What does your day at NVL look like?
My days vary a lot!

One day can include a lot of office work with setting up quotes, do plant sourcing or support our NV Design and NV Pools team with administration work.

But my days also include site visits to do some photography and to create content for our websites and social media profiles.

What do you enjoy the most about working for NVL?
The variety of tasks my job offers. It is great to be able to make use of my creativity in the marketing department and combine my hobby, doing photography, with my job. But I also love to do some structured and analytical work in the office.

I also really enjoy the combination of being outside on the field with the team and working in the office. That way I get to see many of the jobs we do in real-life, not just on paper.

What has surprised you about working in the landscape industry?
I never realised how quickly the turnaround of a job can be, within a few days the team can create a beautiful area where there was just some bare land before. I also hadn’t realised how much other work than “gardening” goes into most of the jobs.

Proudest achievement while at NVL?
Hearing about the positive feedback from our clients on our social media channels and websites and that these media channels have been decision making points on choosing NVL and NV Pools.
