About the project

NVL is proud to have worked on the Olive Estate Lifestyle Village (OELV) project in Richmond for over 6 years.

Working with Canopy Landscape Architects, NVL has created an outdoor environment that sets the standard for Lifestyle Villages nationwide with many property developers visiting OELV to gain inspiration for their developments.

During NVL’s 6 years at OELV, our permanently based crew has completed 123 units as well as many different common areas such as the stunning Lakehouse entertaining precinct.

NVL’s excellent project processes, quality management and cost control has ensured all stages have been completed within schedule and on price.

NVL also completes maintenance services to keep the grounds looking top notch.

There are still exciting things to come for OELV and NVL including the establishment of an aged care facility and hospital.
