ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Ocean View Apartments, a 37 apartment complex was built in 2021 by Scott Construction in Tahnunanui, with views over the beach, Rabbit Island and the Mt. Arthur range.

Designed by Canopy Landscape Architects this project creates a resort style landscaping including a mix of native and subtropical planting. The outdoor area features several lounging areas around a swimming pool and gym/spa area accessible for all residents.
