Our NV Design team offers a wide variety of Landscape Plan Packages. Our Landscape Architect designs plans from Landscape Aspect Plans to Full Landscape Sets. We have the right package for everyone and all budgets.

Landscape Aspect Plans

Includes:

  • Aspect Plan for nominated landscape areas

  • Personalised consultation on site to discuss project requirements

  • Site measure

  • Design inspiration

  • Plant suggestions and materials palette

  • 1 Revision

  • Design package in PDF form

  • 3D rendering is available for an extra cost

These plans are recommended for clients who want a basic visual of the project's outcome before proceeding or are only looking at redesigning part of their property such as an outdoor entertaining area or pool area. Plans are priced from $900-$1700+GST.

Landscape Concept Plans

Includes:

  • Full Landscape Concept Plan

  • Personalised consultation on site to discuss project requirements

  • Site measure

  • Design inspiration

  • Plant suggestions and materials palette

  • 1 Client meeting (1hr)

  • 1 Revision

  • Design package in PDF form and A3 document set

  • 3D rendering is available for an extra cost

This plan is recommended for most residential and lifestyle clients. Our Landscape Concept Plans can be submitted to regional councils where a landscape plan prepared by a Landscape Architect is required and with resource management applications.

Landscape concept plans are priced from $1100-$2100+GST depending on the scale of your project and any extra requirements you may need.

Full Landscape Set

Includes:

  • Full Landscape Concept Plan

  • Extra planting plan and schedule

  • Personalised consultation on site

  • Site measure

  • Elevation / 3D render of key spaces

  • Design inspiration with plant & materials palette

  • Detail for construction

  • 1 Client meeting

  • 2 Revisions

  • Design package and A2 document set

The Full Landscape Set is suited to commercial clients, projects where clients are wanting to complete the work themselves or projects requiring development consent from council.

Pricing for a Full Landscape Set is available on application and will be based on scale and requirements of the project.

Commercial Landscape Set

Includes:

  • Consultation to discuss project requirements

  • Detailed design concept plan for consent applications

  • Detailed site layout for construction

  • Planting Plan and schedule

  • Imagery and design statement as required

  • Design package and A3 document set

Pricing for a Commercial Landscape Set is available on application and will be based on scale and requirements of the project.
